Price/sf for New Condos and Resales Market



This is interesting. The Mark Company (listing agent for a handful of new construction buildings in San Francisco) released their January 2015 Trend Sheets. The first sheet gives the approximate price per sf sold for actively selling new construction buildings. The 2nd sheet shows the resales market of condos in San Francisco. The resales market is strong showing just one month of inventory at the current sales pace. The price per sf has gone up to $943 and the number of sales have dropped. YOY is year over year and MOM is month over month.
